First Occurrence: Service blocked. Customer contacts RNS and works with tech support; signs Acceptable Use Policy, wireless secured. Service restored.
Second Occurrence: 72 hour (3 business day) "time out" and $35.00 reconnect fee. Block Bit Torrent (in BEC, or customer provides documentation of security measures taken)
Third Occurrence: Service termination.
